The Eagle Hills Homeowners'  Association, Inc. (HOA), for the Eagle Hills Subdivision, Papillion, NE, is a not-for-profit corporation, with each Lot owner a member of the Association.  Its purpose is to maintain the appearance and property values of the neighborhood, through education and compliance with the covenants. The social goal of the HOA is to provide information and foster a sense of community.
